Schedule it on a PC!
Combine AirChek 2000, your PC, and DataTrac 2000 Software to easily create single
or multiple sampling schedules that include delayed start, timed shutdown,
and sequential
sampling. Alternatively , a single schedule can be set manually using the pump's
large integral keypad.
Sample and record it!
Start sampling with the click of a mouse or the press of a button. A patented
(U.S. Patent No. 5,892,160)
internal flow sensor acts as a secondary standard to accurately maintain set
flow. AirChek 2000 records flow rate, run time, sample volume, and flow fault
throughout
the
sampling period. View values on a PC in pump history or during sampling on the
pump LCD.
Download and report it!
Use your PC and DataTrac 2000 Software to download pump history, import data into your favorite software for IH lab reporting, or create a worker exposure profile for complete reporting.
CalChek it!
The CalChek feature provides direct communication between an AirChek 2000 pump
and a Defender primary standard calibrator. This results in highly accurate single-point
calibration for pre and post-sampling and complete multiple-point calibration
following pump maintenance.

Patented* isothermal flow control
system
Accurate internal flow sensor measures flow directly and acts as a secondary
standard to maintain set flow with an accuracy of ± 5%. Thermal and pressure

Advanced Automatic Calibration Feature!
Direct Communication to a Primary Standard
The patented (U.S. Patent
Nos. 6,227,031 and 6,363,769) CalChek automatic
calibration feature makes it easy to calibrate an AirChek 2000 pump to the desired
flow rate using a Defender calibrator without manual adjustments (requires
an
AirChek 2000 pump [version 2.59 or higher], a Defender calibrator, and CalChek
communication
cable).
Optional DataTrac 2000 Software (version 3.62 or higher) can be used to expand
the documentation capabilities of this system. CalChek allows automatic field
calibration,
reduces the need for frequent factory calibration,
and provides two calibration options. Both types of calibration bring flow to
within 5%.
- Single-point Calibration allows setting and verifying a
flow rate at a single point before and after sampling.
- Multiple-point (Full) Calibration corrects flow to a primary
standard at multiple flow rates to cover the basic operational flow range of
the pump.
Fast, simple, and accurate calibration
No timers, soap film, or delicate equipment needed. The tough Defender calibrator
with built in DryCal technology provides an automatic, accurate flow rate
average that you can count on.
No manual adjustments
The CalChek feature provides direct communication between the AirChek 2000
Sample Pump and the Defender calibrator. No user intervention is needed. Simply
set up the calibration train and push a button to start automatic calibration.
CalChek - two calibration options
With CalChek, quickly calibrate flow at a single point before and verify flow after sampling or calibrate the pump across a range of flows following repair and maintenance to ensure optimum pump performance.

Easy Operation and Long Run Times

Continuously updated sampling data displays on the AirChek
2000 large
LCD. With the press of a single button, scroll through flow rate, air volume,
run time, temperature, atmospheric pressure, battery status, time of day,
and flow fault. A battery status icon constantly displays and a flow fault
icon flashes during restricted or blocked flow. A flashing LED on top of
the pump indicates the pump is running in low-light or loud environments. |
Easy Manual Programming
It's right on the front of the pump. Set flow rate and run time without screwdrivers;
simply use the 3-button keypad. A convenient timed shutdown feature allows you
to program the AirChek 2000 to run for a set time from 1 to 999 minutes, a very
useful feature for STELs or repetitive sample runs.

Flow Fault Features:

If the pump is unable to compensate for longer than 15
seconds due to excessive back pressure, the pump enters flow fault mode.
During flow fault,
the pump enters Hold, the fault icon appears on the display during
the length of the fault, and the accumulated run time display is frozen
and retained. After 5 minutes in flow fault, auto-restart is attempted
every 5 minutes up to 10 times. |
