Returning Goods - It is important to us that every order be absolutely correct. If you experience a problem with a shipment, contact us so that we can correct the problem immediately.

If your package is delivered damaged, please report this immediately to the carrier. Retain all containers & packing material.

Non-returnable items include custom orders, opened software packages, items with expired lots or shelf-life & certain non-SKC manufactured products. Items returned after 30 days after the invoice date may be subject to restocking charges.

SKC Quality Care & Recalibration Service - In addition to our per occurrence repair services, SKC offers two cost-effective annual service programs to keep your pumps in top operating condition and your calibrators verified to a NIST-traceable standard.
